My dog is having puppies need help!?

We adopted a small female chihuahua about 1 yr old in early January. Today I wake up to find she has had two puppies and has had one more since. She seems to be cleaning them up well and letting them nurse. She is in a large pet porter right now. I am wondering if I should move her and the puppies somewhere else or will they be fine in the crate? This is the first time I have had a dog who had puppies so I really need any and all tips. Thank you!
