My period started 10 days before it is due - should i be worried?

I'm 17, and i have a 30-day cycle. Recently i was ill and i had cough mixtures, gastric pills and panadol. My period started 10 days before it is due, and the blood is extremely dark, almost black. I know that medication can cause periods to become irregular, but isn't 10 days early too big a change? My period has never been irregular because of medication, and i am feeling a little worried about it, with the strange blood color and all. Please give me your advice! Thank you!

My best guy friend and i have been friends since we were in 5th grade (were seniors now) and from then until now we have always had on and off feelings for each other. FWB's and then i started to like him a lot but he still didnt want a relationship so we eventually stopped talking again. this went on and off for a while and then a couple of months ago we started talking for good again and things were going great. we got really really close and pretty serious, and then one night things got real serious and he stopped talking to me again. now we barley talk and he just tells me that hes too busy again. i asked him if i do something wrong but he said no, and before he would always tell me that i made him so happy, and that hes liked me for forever and has always wanted more with me. but what i dont understand is why he always tells me hes too busy, and why it never works out. i try to ask him but he never really gives me an answer & im tired of bothering him. help! i miss him and i just want things to go back to the way they used to be!

I remember seeing a flyer for a cooperative where members posted skills or tasks that they would be willing to do in exchange for other labor. Basically volunteers would donate time/resources to eachother for projects with which they needed help. For instance one person might time for minor home repair projects in exchange for help setting up a home network. The premise was that you volunteered your time. She will change her mind once she sees the baby. I think she just doesn't want this right now for you and for the baby and for maybe how it looks to other people. You are an adult, you can make your own decisions about what is right. I would suggest having your baby, you sound like you want to. Otherwise there is always adoption, or a family member could watch the baby. Don't feel too bad, she is just freaking out about it, she should calm down later. If she doesn't, than I would suggest moving on and away from her negativity. If you aren't pregnant though. Try to go to finish school and build a foundation where you can provide for her, because having a baby will make that extremely difficult.

1988 Chevy Cavalier defrost will not work with heat all the way up?

I can not get the defroster to blow for the drivers side with the heat slider all the way up to hottest setting. It just blows out the vent. If I slide it back to about half way it will blow out but not real hot. Can anyone help me. The vacuum lines are fine but still no heat. Please help me.

I think you are absolutely right about the DS and the PSP targeting different audiences. That's really true in a broader sense in that Nintendo and Sony target different audiences. I am a big Nintendo fan, but I'm also a very casual gamer. I don't play a lot of games with complex storylines or that require hours of play. I prefer the DS, but it sounds like the PSP is better for you. I'm getting one for my son this holiday season, and I'd suggest that you go get yours as soon as you can. Everyone says "playoff won't work because they make to much money". Don't give up. I've had a similar situation a couple of years back. My friend used to play far more better than me. But i didn't give up. I keep on practicing and trying. know i can play a lot better than what i used to play a couple of years back. I'm still not better than my friend he is still far more better than me, but than who cares. It is something i do for myself and most of the people get impressed by this only. There are always people who are better than you so you should just try to improve , learn new things and enjoy as much as possible. Try to take some lessons from some teacher if possible. I also want to but don't have neither the time nor the money. Use youtube to search for guitar lessons you'll definitely find many good lessons. Keep playing and don't give up.

My mom acts sooo dum..?

Okay, i told her i just video chatted with my best friend who is studying abroad in Australia. I am in New York, and its night time here and getting cold. In Australia, its morning there right now and its getting hot! As i finished videochatting with my Bestie. I break out in hives after eating tomato sauce and running. What is causing this?

In the course of one month, I have broken out in hives 3 times! The first time, I had pizza and I went to the gym 2 hours later for a 20 minute run. After running, my body started feeling itchy and I noticed I was breaking out in hives all over. The second time, I had spaghetti and meat; again I went to the gym 2 hours after eating and the same thing happened. So I umed it was a certain brand of sauce. Yesterday, I went out and had pizza at a place that has been using the same recipes forever! I've eaten there a few times and never had any issues. It was raining really hard, so I decided to run back to my friend's office. I broke out in hives and well, it was a brisk run of maybe less than 10 minutes. It was not as long lasting as the other two. So, now I've identified the actions that cause my body to react, what is causing my body to react this way? What could it be?

Unknown zone- Friends or a date?

I decided to try an internet dating site and had a few meetings with guys, I don't consider first meeting a stranger a date. A blind date is different bc usually it's a friend setting it up so you have some comfort with that. Well, I talked to this guy for a few weeks in messages and he asked for my number, gave me a call and asked me if I wanted to meet up that week. We also found out we have the same daily commute and work in the same building. Basically, I could see him every day if we ended up on the same bus or ran into each other going to work. When we met up for coffee, during work hours- I thought it would be brief- maybe 15 minutes- it ended up being 45 minutes before I realized what time it was and told him I needed to get back to work but that I wished we could continue to talk. We walked back to our jobs and mentioned getting drinks the following week. He called me the next week to set up a time to get drinks and an appetizer. We text messaged a little that day and met up that night. He was on time, as usual, and we had a great time chatting. We got a few beers and shared an appetizer and had fun talking and asking each other questions. We were there for about two hours. I mentioned that I was not very busy at work the next day and he said he wasn't either, and I casually mentioned we should grab coffee. When the check came, I reached for my wallet, as I always do, but although I don't mind paying, I've never had to on a date or with guy friends. We ended up splitting the check. He didn't even offer to pick it up. When the check came we both continued talking and when I reached into my wallet said, "Are you paying with a card? I will too." When we left, he mentioned he had a great time and said 'So, tomorrow morning do you want to get coffee with me?" and I told him sure. He texted me after we left that night something funny about our conversation at the bar. The next morning we ended up on the same bus and talked into work and parted ways. At exactly 10, the time he said he'd text me, he shot me a text asking if I wanted to go for a walk to get coffee. We walked around and grabbed coffee for like a half hour- again talking and laughing and asking questions. Maybe it's bc I'm all about chivalry, I notice that he sometimes opens doors for me but usually doesn't. The whole paying thing made me think it wasn't a date or that he wasn't interested. However, he's always been the one to call or ask me to hang out and he's always followed up. I'm not sure what to think, I would think he's feeling me out to see what he thinks of me- or that he's not interested in dating me but wants to be friends. I have done my MBA finance but I am not in a very good job and salary right now. Just completed 1 yr in job and this is my first one. I usally have two, one in the morning and one at night, but say I had one in the morning and went to work out, I would have one before I went to school. Personal Loan to Consolidate Credit Card Date?

My fiance and I are planning on purchasing a home next summer. We both have FICO scores in the 700-720 range. We were looking into consolidating our debt with personal loans. Currently my average credit interest rate is about 14% but I could possibly get a loan at 8.5%. I am confident that once the cards are paid off we would be able to put them away (it is rare that we even use them now), but unfortunately we used them too much years ago. Neither of us ever miss payments and even if we dont use the personal loan paying more than the minimum is not an issue. We just thought it would be easier to have the payments consolidated. Wow...rest ured you're not crazy and NO you won't have to live like this forever. I was a smoker as well and quit about 6 months ago...I'm 29(almost). Your symptoms are all very common. Some people react differently than others so these sides effects might last longer for you. Being around the smoke...especially second hand can send you back into withdraw...it did me. It's best for you to avoid it whenever possible for the first couple of months. Some can quit and other people smoking never bothers them, but we all aren't like that. As for the anxiety...if you are prone to it with the smokes it will get worse while you're "detoxing" for lack of a better word. There are plenty of behavioral/herbal remedies you can try if that's what you choose. St Johns wort, chamomile tea, EXCERCISE(it really helps relieve the stress) breathing techniques...etc.. However that doesn't work for everyone either. If you're not finding improvement with those....sounds like some help via anti anxiety meds or an anti depressant might be beneficial. That you'll need to talk to you doctor about. It seems they have checked lots of physical causes and you seem pretty healthy..be patient and don't discount counseling and a prescription if necessary.

My Speedometer is Malfunctioning?

I have a '97 Civic with 129,000 miles on it. My Speedometer suddenly jumps to 20 mph when I turn the key to on, but haven't ignited the engine. It doesn't work properly but half of the time. The needle bounces around, then starts working properly, then starts bouncing again. My odometer stopped working, too. I replaced the gauge (it includes both speed and odo). This cured the malfunctioning odometer, but the speedo is still not working. So, I got a new Vehicle Speed Sensor, put it in, and the needle STILL jumps to twenty and bounces around, then works properly, then starts acting goofy again. This is driving me insane! Please help?

I've been trying to lose weight for over a year. It seems like it is literally impossible because if you do the math I shouldve been lost weight. I believe I eat 1500-2000 calories per day.but If u eat 2500 I won't gain or lose weight. I exercise everyday. Eat fruits everyday and I'm really trying to lose weight during summer 11. Drinking out of The Carton?

I have a husband and two boys, and I always catch them drinking out of the Tea, Coke, and Milk straight from the jug. If it was my hubby, I'd be okay, but my two boys don't have a 'clean mouth' really. They don't brush their teeth often, and before you say something like: Tell them to brush their teeth and stop drinking out of the carton! Beleive me I've tried. I found a crack in the block foundation of my house with black mold coming from it...?

I found a small crack with thick black mold in a 1’x3’ area & a little mold on back of drywall 1 ft up thru entire finished basement. I removed all drywall 4 ft up, took out all carpet & trim, bleached foundation, wood framing & floors. I found a few hairline cracks (probably from settling), but no mold near them. There’s some rusty nails in wood, vents are rusting & some of wood is damp & rotting & also near floor above what looks like concrete block turned sideways in the floor. I hit in holes with a screwdriver & its concrete at bottom. I patched up cracks with masonry cement, coated foundation with masonry sealant & coated wood with mold-resistant paint. I was told to build up around foundation with a lot of dirt & put rubber sheeting between dirt & foundation. Siding & windows need replacing, but don’t have $ for that right now. Should I do a quick-fix & sell house for what I owe on it or should I just gut & refinish entire basement or just replace drywall 4 ft down?

What's wrong with me?

There is this guy and I cannot get him out of my mind. I don't know why. He went to my high school, which wasn't that long ago. And from the moment first saw him I really just couldn't get him out of my mind. Despite being extremely shy I started talking to him and found out we have the most odd and outrageous things in common i.e we both love clic movies and film in genral, Doctor Who, clic rock (pink floyd led zeppelin...) we're Odd Future fans love food have similar mannerisms find the same things funny we can both be very over the top when around people we're comfortable with but usually we're very shy and observant. We've been talking for a while and hanging out and still after all these months whenever I think of him I get this weird feeling in my stomach. And when I see him it's like my heart drops and I don't know why and sometimes it's hard to sleep because he's always plaguing me. And this frustrates me because at times he can be the most challenging person and he always has something smart to say and at times it comes off as annoying. However for some reason with all this, I almost always laugh when I'm around him, especially at the way he's always so nervous and jumpy and the way he rambles and touches his person a lot. An he laughs for no reason. And he smiles at me whenever I see him or widens his eyes or raises his eyebrows and when he would talk to me in person he would always be fiddling with something. He would always tease me about how clumsy I am and remembers random information that i tell him regarding myself. And we make kooky faces at each other and for the most part usually come to the same agreements. Although there are times when we argue and debate about futile subjects. I don't know why I feel this way. Whenever I think of him I get this weird shudder/electric feeling especially when I see him and when we talk. I have no idea why this happens. This has never happened to me before and right now I'm a little worried at this point. So security comes they break it up he does not press charges neither do i .Then she proceeded to tell me who this dude is to her (ex-boyfriend of 3 years) I don't know that got in to me but i lost it and told her im Thu with this relationship walked to my car and drove off and left her there . My 2 Boas have had breathing problems for about 2 months now. Its not serious they just have trouble breathing. I think there noses are plugged if so how do i get the gunk out? Utley being hurt really hurts your middle infield, i would put prado at 2nd, and stewart at 3B, i think stewart will have a decent breakout campaign. your outfield is crazy good and so is 1B, just remember you wont get much out of tex til about a month and a half into the season then he will be a monster, so its not a crazy idea to start out with kendrys as you 1B til tex heats up. Im also not big on the headcase that greinke is, i would try dealing him now while his stock is still pretty high, plus hes an injury risk. Goodluck!!

But, if you think about it, the people who abducted her had her in public view, where a lot of people could see her. Hello, My daughter is 10 months old now and Shes not very happy. She always comes back from grandma and grandpas in a very weird mood. Really Bad cramps!!!???

I have tried everything but pain medicine because i can not drive while taking them. But anyways... I have been getting ridiculouslyy horrible cramps. I am 21 years old and have been on birth control for 6 years for this very reason. But they are coming back and worse. i made a doc apt for Jan. 23. I was told from Doc that the BC will help them not be so severe and they have before but not now. any ideas of why they are getting bad again. What cause swamp cooler motor to jump when starting up?

I have a Brisa Swamp Cooler. Recently the swamp cooler has been making banging sounds when it starts up. I took the covers off and discovered that the motor is jumping when it starts up. The belt is in good shape. Also, I tighten up all bolts. I see no other way to stabilize the motor.
