Koji Dolly Wink mascara in Toronto?

Does anyone know where I can buy the Japanese makeup brand Koji in Canada? I'm looking specifically for the Koji Dolly Wink mascara. So far I've only seen it on sites that either only deliver to the US or have expensive international shipping. The mascara is only about $20 so I don't want to spend another $20 on the shipping! I'm thinking I could search for it in Pacific mall...? Has anyone in Toronto found it there and which store? Thanks!
