Why is the NHL 2009 All Star Starting Lineups all Ducks and Hawks on the West and Pens and Habs on the East?

Have more of an issue with the East side...Crosby OK, Malkin OK, but Kovalev? Where's Ovechkin? And Carey Price in net? Any of the Bruins' goalies deserve the honour...and both defencemen from the Habs? Was this voting fixed?
