10 month old not wanting to be alone? PLEASE HELP!!?

Hello, My daughter is 10 months old now and Shes not very happy. She always comes back from grandma and grandpas in a very weird mood. Shes used to being help or picked up every single time she makes the slightest noise. And so it started off with me putting her in her bouncer like i used to for a few minutes while i get dishes done or what not. She would be fine. Now i cant even put her down without her screaming like im hurting her? So i tried putting up her babygate inf ron tof her door and encouraged her ot play with her toys and she screamed so hard once i got up. Its aggrivating so i am asking for advise. I am also 29 weeks pregnant with my third. So i cant hold her all the time because it hurts my back. Please help. i dont know what to do...
