Why do so many people still say Ric Flair retired at Wrestlemania 24 when we all know he didn't?

Ric Flair to me is Semi-Retired because he's not wrestling full-time but he's just a manager. Yes he "retired" at Wrestlemania 24 BUT it's safe to say Flair is Retired ONLY in the WWE and Semi-Retired in TNA, and in general he's Semi-Retired. I guess people say Flair retired because they don't see him wrestling anymore in TNA or they simply don't watch it but very rarely does he wrestle, but when you wrestle your no longer retired, just semi-retired
